Scott As an American, I would take Tony Blair over Bush any day! I can't speak about Chirac, since I don't really know much about his politics, but to me, he seems very stereotypically French! I would have gladly voted for Bill Clinton again; unfortunately, we would need to change our constitution to arrange it!
