Arrrgh !! no, no, no
I loose the palm of the fastest commenteur
I 'm like roberto begnigni so I would say thanks a lot for this second place I'm so happy.... Jo Ann , you're the best !!!
(but I'm very stonished my pronostic was Me the first and mister "double woman" in the second place !;) )
So let's see the Vinvin reportage of "The world of silence (of humility and modesty ) , strass and paillettes....."
I'm sure Vinvin don't need gold palms (as captain cousteau ) to evolute in this stange world of sharks, stars, and moon fishs...

May 20, 2006 4:22 PM

Folie Privée:

Hin Hin Hin !
So uge.

May 20, 2006 4:32 PM

Clement:

Vinvin, you'd rather go to Deauville or Dinard!
Cannes sucks!
(Sorry for the Cannes Tourism office, but Deauville and Dinard deserve it!)

I am very disappointed Mr. Vinvin. as you said you could not film large star then you filmed the two bodygards the greatest star Private Madness. Wesley and Susan (such a pair of moloss, hu ?!?). And what humiliation when it was the star who filmed you. (She have a great control of the language of the fingers (fingers in the nose)).
I will not even speak about your "sunstroke" (coup de soleil). The "red nose" effect was probably amplified by innumerable "littles champagne blows" (petits coups de champagne).
What about The Great Master ?!? Jean-Xanax !?! Did you try to film Him ?!? It will have be the greatest scoop of Cannes's Festival....But I'm stupid, everybody Knows that our Master could only be filmed with 35 millimeter golden pellicul (not argentique, it's for vampires, not for suprems beings ).
So, good by mister Vinvin, I have to pass the vacuum cleaner in the living room. It's a shame, but it's life.....don't worry, I'm sure you will be better next time and I'm not so disappointed because I have seen Divine "Private Madness" fingers playing a great moment of cinema, what a team of actors, especially the inch, better than De Niro......

But what is this about a double woman?

May 20, 2006 5:21 PM

Tann:

Ahahah, what a beautiful nose. It seems you're a blanc-bec qui supporte pas le soleil, ahahah !

And Folie's dogs are so mimichous !

May 20, 2006 5:31 PM

marc:

oh la la, no red carpet for the Master of the Vlogosphere? Quelle drama! ;)

So great !

Oh, if I were at Cannes the very moment YOU were, I'd certainly asked you an autographe !

By the way, can I have, at least, a cyber autograph ? Wow ! A Cyber Autograph from the most famous red-nosed no-clown guy in the web ! Please !

Jo Ann: No, No, "double woman" it's a private joke (in France "woman" can be translated "femme" and "dame" to, and when I say double woman I mean "femmefemme" or else ... Moreover there was absolutely no allusion to politics in my comment ! whenever miss Ségo looks like an 1910-1920 silent film's actress (it's better for her, not to speak ) Perhaps I would vote for her at Cannes's Festival, but in 2007, although I like "Royal cheese"(in France it's a hamburger from Mac-do) it looks good, it taste good. But if I have to eat that for five years it's not good at all for my health (have you seen the film supersize me ???).
Sorry for my bad english, I do my best but "i speuaque angliche liqueu a spanicheu cov" (I speak english like a spanish cow) ;)

May 20, 2006 10:25 PM

L4ir

Vinvin, you were in Cannes for the business ?
You would try to sell the french sitcom wich you work on ?
(so goude english i know)

zazon:

May 21, 2006 0:50 AM

Mary Beth:

I am sorry about your sunburn, it looked painful. Great video though.

denise

maybe you could do a show on philosophy…you’re a great teacher and americans don’t know any philosophy - literally, very very few (well ok our schools don’t teach us much at all!)… or maybe explaining parliament….this may be like some american government things that just don’t make sense to you. most americans don’t understand how other governments work with more than 2 parties!! no way! wish we had that! and what the hell’s the difference between a prime minister and president anyway?!?!?! just a couple ideas…. keep ‘em comin’ though - shit, they’re all funny! merci encore. -denise

May 21, 2006 1:57 AM

denise

i was just thinking about aloe...now that i think about it, it sounds like french people answer their phone saying aloe. in america we say aloe just like you say "âllo!" Haha! ok enough of that...have fun in cannes!

May 21, 2006 2:03 AM

Barbara

Oh no! I'm sorry to see that you got sunburnt, I hope you find some sunscreen fast. The clips of Cannes look great, love the boats.

May 21, 2006 2:33 AM

Mry:

I forgot "Le Festival de la Moule"... so typical !

May 21, 2006 10:01 AM

Mel:

Excellent Vinvin, tu retraces parfaitement l'esprit Cannes !

May 21, 2006 12:03 AM

libellul:

Very good!! and funny!! it's make me dreams!

May 21, 2006 1:09 PM

Luciole:

Hyyaaa!!!

May 21, 2006 1:23 PM

Charles Liebert:

hu hu hu... A giant Lobster !!!

May 21, 2006 2:29 PM

bicyclemark:

Your problem is that you're not a scientologist. If you were a scientologist, all doors would open in showbusiness. Accept the aliens as your savior!

May 21, 2006 4:08 PM

Miss_Blandish:

Hi Vinvin,

Please stop in Miami Beach before you go back to California. There are some stars that are not stars but look likes stars, driving super cars (rented for one day).
And I've heard that Clint would come for a few days at the Delano or the Victor Hostel on Ocean Drive in the next weeks...

May 21, 2006 8:25 PM

Tippie:

Rhooooo, they're all so mean ! They are teasing you because you're looking like a (really really) red tomato with your face all sunburned. Poor thing ! ;o)

Come on People, it's really not nice to make fun of a man who got attacked by the sneaky sun !
He's a parisian, what did you expect ? He lives in a cloud of pollution... :op
He doesn't know what the sun is and how treacherous it can be in May, in Cannes... (Mwahahaha !)

Anyways... it was kinda windy on that day, wasn't it ?
Ohhh the beach ! Ahhh the sun ! Rhaaaaaaa !!! I want to live there !
It's so unfair !

Wow, putain, tu t'es vu quand t'as bu ?!!!
Impressive ! :op

Ohhh ! Some Petits Ecoliers and a glass of milk for breakfast. You look like you're 10 y/o... Sweeeeeeeet ! :o)))

Are you and Folie following some kind of "H" diet, that you don't write them down anymore ? you've made a 'uge mistake on the word 'ostage, I believe ? ;o)

(Don't get mad... I just love teasing you :op )

I hope your "front" forehead is doing better by now... ;o) (after the party at The Party, I assume not only your 'front' was hurting but just about all your head... :op )

Nice show, once again ! ;o)

Greetings from a cloudy Holland !

May 21, 2006 10:28 PM

May 22, 2006 9:40 AM

Zaz:

Thx v1v1!
Just for the Hans Zimmer bit, and the whole sunburn story, great piece!Even though Cannes seems to suck... it looks better than le Festival du Film de Montréal. Duh.

May 22, 2006 9:41 AM

Jo Ann

Tippie,
I liked your long comment and I have enjoyed all of your previous comments. You help me to figure some of this out, such as "Es" in water, that a Petit Ecolier is something that you eat (because I was wondering what all this talk about school childen was!), and now I understand "ostage"!
Merci Tippie!

And thank you Lôtre for the explantion. :D

May 22, 2006 2:49 PM

Lyndsey

I'm very jelous of your sunburn .... in England there is a storm from the Atlantic. Thanks America!

May 22, 2006 9:53 PM

Bouec.

May 23, 2006 12:57 AM

It is your right not to like tha sun. I also do not like it: when I am too much exposed, I have some spots on my face: watch "le bon la brute et le truand" another time you'll see... in tha desert...

May 26, 2006 12:53 AM

courtney
